How to Reach the catalogue project

When to Write
You may wish to contact us for any of the following reasons:

- File or reader issues – if a downloaded ebook will not open, displays garbled text, is missing pages, or fails on your device or browser. Please mention the file format you used (ePub, PDF, Kindle, etc.) and the device or software where the problem occurred.
- Accessibility problems – if you encounter difficulties with screen‑reader compatibility, poor contrast, missing alt text, or any other barrier that prevents you from using the catalogue comfortably.
- Privacy questions – if you have concerns about how your data is handled when you browse or download, or if you wish to request removal of any personal information that may have been inadvertently included.
- Copyright or rights concerns – if you believe a work in the catalogue is not in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you hold rights to a text and wish to discuss its inclusion.
- General editorial observations – if you have suggestions for new categories (such as “Historical Psychological Social Fiction”), ideas for companion guides, or thoughts on how a particular edition might be improved.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us address your report quickly and accurately, please include the following details where applicable:
- The full URL of the page where you found the issue.
- The exact title of the ebook (and the author, if relevant).
- The file format you were using (e.g., ePub, PDF, Kindle).
- The device or browser you were using (e.g., iPad, Kindle Paperwhite, Chrome 120).
- A clear description of the observed problem – for example, “chapter 5 is missing”, “the cover image does not display”, “the table of contents links are broken”.
- If your message concerns copyright or rights, please include any supporting information you are able to share, such as your relationship to the work or the jurisdiction in which you hold rights.
